Below are several designations to consider when hiring us.
Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)
The ABR® designation is granted to Realtors whose focus is buyer-clients. ABR accredited Realtors have the experience and training for every stage of the home buying process.
Certified Financial Health Counselor (CFHC®)
The CFHC designation is granted to graduates so they may advise and negotiate client financial and debt challenges including mortgages and credit cards.
Certified Credit Consultant (CCC)
The CCC designation is granted to graduates who have demonstrated aptitude towards the understanding of the intricacies of building and restoring personal credit.
Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES®)
The CPRES® designation course was designed to provide tools and ongoing guidance to Realtors who are assisting and resolving the challenges of Personal Representatives, providing them organization tools, professional referrals, and the disposal of asset assistance.
Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®)
The PSA® course was designed for Realtors edicated to enhancing their pricing strategies, market analysis and likely appraisal pricing skills.
Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®)
The RENE® certification course was specifically designed for Realtors to sharpen their negotiation and client advocacy skills and techniques.
Short Sales Foreclosure Resource (SFR®)
TheSFR® certification course was for Realtors working with distressed sellers (Foreclosure and Short Sale clients) and their finance, tax, and legal professionals. SFR® Realtors help prepare sellers by developing a short sale package, and negotiate with their lenders in an effort to limit the risk and liability for the seller.
Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®)
The SRS® course designation is the premier Realtors. SRS® Realtors have exhibit professional standards, have advanced training and expertise to perform above and beyond their client’s expectations.
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)
The SRES® course designation is for REALTORS® who ethically and professionally serve the changing real estate needs of clients and their families aged 50 +.
United States Department Of Justice Bankruptcy Counselor:
This Federal designation granted and required for financial counselors providing counseling to people seeking Bankruptcy protection. Referred specifically and often by Bankruptcy Attorneys with clients seeking Bankruptcy protection.
