Purpose of a Transaction Coordinator
- This service only package was designed for Sellers who want to be very active in the sales, scheduling, and marketing aspects of their property.
- For this service, Reality Real Estate Professionals will NOT be working as a licensed Realtor and cannot offer advice regarding marketing, sales, valuation, or negotiation of the property.
The Transaction Coordinator responsibilities:
- Prepare Listing documents
- Prepare Purchase documents if Buyer not represented by an agent (Additional Fee)
- Receive, organize, and present offers
- Prepare and submit documents for signatures
- Coordinate documents, title work, and closing
Seller Responsibilites Are (but not limited to):
- Seller is responsible / liable for scheduling all showings
- Seller is responsible / liable for all marketing / marketing materials
- Seller is responsible / liable for all access to the property
- Seller is responsible for all negotiations
- Seller is responsible for all Buyer Agent fees / commissions (if any)
- Seller is responsible for all referral fees, etc.
